DJ Bodega ("we", "us") provides entertainment services for private, corporate and venue events. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and booking process, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
By submitting an inquiry or using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
We never sell your data
Your details are used only to quote, plan and perform your event.
Footage on your terms
Ask, and any clip of your event comes down from our channels.
Kept only as needed
Inquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twenty-four months.
You stay in control
Request a copy, a correction or deletion of your information at any time.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer an inquiry and deliver an event. Most of it you give us directly through the inquiry form, email or a phone call.
- Contact details: name, email address and phone number
- Event details: date, venue, city, guest count, event type and your notes
- Booking and payment records: signed agreements, invoices and payment confirmations processed by our payment provider
- Correspondence: emails, text messages and call notes related to your event
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected automatically
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, plan and perform at your event, invoice you and keep required business records.
With your separate consent, we may send occasional updates about availability or new offerings. You can withdraw that consent at any time and it does not affect service you have already booked.
Payment information
We do not store card or bank details on our systems. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own privacy terms.
We receive only confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the instrument used.
Photography and recording
We may photograph or record short clips at public and venue events for portfolio and social media use. At private events we do not photograph, record or publish anything, including guest lists, unless you give written permission.
If you would like footage of your event removed from our channels, write to us and we will take it down.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twenty-four months. Booking records, contracts and invoices are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
How we protect it
Access to client information is limited to the people who need it. Accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and devices are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep
- Object to marketing at any time, or withdraw consent you gave earlier
- Ask us not to sell or share your information, which we do not do in any case
Children
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be sent by email.
